The origin of peach can be traced back to China. Its scientific name Prunus persica, is a reference to its voyage to Persia along the historic Silk Road. Our peach is peacefully sweet and sour, slightly tangy. It goes well with meats (grilled), stir-fry, salads, desserts, shakes and refreshments.
